Revision #
Revision is the act modifying an existing information in fil-afaq, whether it is an addition, correction, or removal. A revision can refer to an item that records the act of revision.
In fil-afaq, some items can be reverted by the users, and some are not. We call the former as Revertible.
User can revert a Revertible, going back to a state of an item in history, which can be accessed through respective history pages (e.g. literature history). User can also see the difference between one Revision with the other through diff.
Entries #
An entry is a unit in fil-afaq. In addition to being Revertible, each entry has its own page with extra fields such as status and description. Every entry can be added by user, with exception of Tag which must go through moderation process and revisable by moderator only.
All entries are subjects to the general criteria for inclusion. In addition to that, rules specific for each type of entry are to be followed, which you can find in the pages listed below.
